- City tax: the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person (from 14 years of age) must be added to the indicated prices. The tax is to be paid locally

- Shared kitchen equipped with appliances and dishes € 15 per day per room
House rules
- The breakfast time will be from 7:30 to 10:00
- The price includes daily housekeeping, with towels and bed linen changed twice a week
- The room will be at your disposal from 14:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival
- On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00
- Mountain bikes and snowshoes will be available to spend unforgettable moments in the midst of nature
- Pets are not allowed: we take particular care to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our property. For this reason, although we love animals very much, we do not accept pets: a choice made to ensure that every guest enjoys spaces that are always thoroughly sanitised and cared for down to the smallest detail.

Get in touchAre the rates per room or per person?
Rates are per person per day in a double room and include buffet breakfast, served from 7:30 to 10:00.
Are there supplements for one night or single occupancy?
There is a €20 supplement for a one-night stay. A double room for single use carries a €20 supplement. Ask us for a quote for your dates.
Is the tourist tax included in the rate?
No. A tourist tax of €1.50 per person, from the age of 14, is added to the rates and paid at the property.
Is there a kitchen for guests to use?
Yes, a shared kitchen equipped with appliances and crockery is available. Use of the kitchen costs €15 per day per room.
Is a cot available for young children?
A cot for children up to 3 years old is available for a supplement of €8 per night. Please let us know you need one when enquiring about your stay.
How do I book the wellness area, and what does it cost?
The wellness area is open from 16:00 to 19:00, by reservation, for our staying guests. Admission costs €15 per person. Contact us to arrange your wellness visit.
